Terms and Conditions

Effective 30 September 2026. Last updated 12 October 2026. These terms explain the use of the Perriton Learning website and the general arrangements for online educational services confirmed separately with a customer.

Effective: 30 September 2026

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Website purpose and service enquiries

The website describes educational and professional learning services delivered remotely to individuals and small businesses. It allows you to compare formats and prices and prepare an enquiry. Browsing a service or opening a form does not reserve an instructor, secure a time slot, create an account, or enter you into a paid contract.

The custom enquiry form validates information locally and displays an on-screen message. Its entries are not transmitted to Perriton Learning or stored as a customer enquiry. A locally displayed reference is not a booking number or proof of receipt. Contact us directly to discuss availability and arrange a service.

2. Confirming an engagement

A paid engagement begins only after the relevant service, scope, delivery arrangement, schedule, and price have been confirmed with you. We will identify any agreed payment method separately; the custom website form does not collect payment. Please review the confirmation and ask questions before authorizing work or making a payment.

A confirmation should specify the participant or customer, selected service, relevant dates, deliverables, any access period, and any special requirements. For custom work, it should also explain what is included, what the customer must supply, and how changes or revisions will be handled. A quotation alone is not a completed service.

3. Service descriptions and current prices

Published prices are in US dollars: One-on-One Online Learning Session, $39 per session; Professional Skills Online Course, $119 per course; Virtual Skills Workshop, $35 per participant; Personalized Learning Plan, $79 per plan; Small Group Online Training, $149 per session; Digital Learning Materials Development, $129 per project; Online Course Curriculum Development, $399 per course; and Monthly Learning Support Package, $139 per month.

A workshop lasts approximately sixty to ninety minutes. Small group training is for up to six participants. Monthly support includes up to four online consultations, progress review, and additional learning materials. The duration of other sessions, course access, and custom deliverables must be confirmed for the particular booking rather than assumed from a service name.

4. Price clarity and scope changes

The published service price applies to the scope agreed for that service. Any applicable tax, additional work, required third-party expense, or other charge must be disclosed before you commit. If the requested work exceeds the original scope, we will discuss a revised arrangement; an unexpected addition is not automatically authorized.

Prices may change for future bookings, but a website update does not change an already confirmed price. A pricing error will be explained before acceptance rather than treated as permission to charge a different amount. Any continuing arrangement should state its billing period and renewal terms clearly.

5. Eligibility and learning expectations

The website is intended for adults arranging personal or business learning. A person booking for a business must have authority to make that arrangement. If learning for a minor is requested, a parent or guardian must contact us first so that suitability, responsibilities, and privacy arrangements can be considered.

Educational progress depends on the topic, starting knowledge, participation, practice, and other circumstances. Services support learning and organization; they do not promise a specific grade, employment offer, salary, admission decision, professional license, accredited qualification, or business outcome. No such credential or result is included unless expressly and accurately stated in a separate service description.

6. Participation and technical requirements

You are responsible for a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and the ability to use the agreed online platform. Any necessary account, application, or access requirement should be discussed before the session. Let us know about practical access needs early so that available adjustments can be considered.

Please join at the agreed time, prepare requested materials, and communicate respectfully. Do not share a private session link with unauthorized participants. If a technical problem affects delivery, contact us promptly. Rescheduling or another remedy will be considered according to the circumstances and the Cancellation and Complaints Policy.

7. Materials and permitted use

Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, learning materials supplied for a service may be used by the participant, or by the customer team identified in the confirmed scope, for the intended educational purpose. You may keep authorized copies for that purpose. Materials are not automatically licensed for resale, public distribution, or use in an unrelated commercial course.

For commissioned worksheets, study guides, or curricula, the confirmation should identify the permitted uses, file formats, editable files if included, and any agreed ownership or licensing terms. Pre-existing materials and third-party content retain their applicable rights. We do not promise transfer of rights that we do not hold.

8. Customer content and privacy

You remain responsible for having permission to share material you provide for a learning or development task. Do not supply confidential employer information, copyrighted resources, or identifiable records about other people without authority. Where feasible, remove personal details from examples and exercises before sending them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information received directly and Shopify storefront information may be handled. Recording a session is not included by default. Any recording, transcript, or use of a participant's name or image requires an appropriate separate arrangement. Participation does not itself authorize publication of your work or feedback.

9. Acceptable conduct and honest feedback

Do not use the website or learning service to distribute malware, harass others, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or interfere with a platform's operation. We may take proportionate steps to address unsafe or unlawful conduct, including pausing a session while discussing how the issue can be resolved.

Customers remain free to give honest opinions about their experience. These terms do not require positive reviews, prohibit lawful criticism, or impose a penalty for an honest review. Confidential information and another person's private details should not be disclosed in public feedback.

10. Cancellations, problems, and remedies

Please read the Cancellation and Complaints Policy before confirming a paid engagement. It addresses live sessions, courses, custom work, monthly support, provider cancellations, and concerns about delivery. Special terms for an engagement must be disclosed and agreed before they apply.

If a service differs from the agreed description, contact us with the relevant details so that we can consider correction, redelivery, rescheduling, a proportionate refund, or another appropriate remedy. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Website availability and changes

We aim to keep descriptions useful and current, but website features may be updated and temporary interruptions may occur. Information about a service should be checked against its written confirmation. A third-party platform has its own operating conditions and may change or become temporarily unavailable.

Updates to these website terms take effect prospectively from the stated date. They do not retrospectively rewrite an existing confirmed engagement. If a disagreement remains unresolved, either party may seek an available remedy through the appropriate process. Questions about these terms can be sent to learning@perritonlearning.com.
